Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 1½ cups milk of choice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of Anea Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice 
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 peaches, chopped

Vanilla Protein Yogurt

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 scoop of Anea Protein Powder

Directions

  1. Add rolled oats, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds, and kosher salt to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined, then stir in the chopped peaches.  Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Meanwhile, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth, then cover and place in the fridge.
  3. Once the oats are set, distribute them among jars. Top with a few spoonfuls of vanilla protein yogurt and a few more chopped peaches. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
