Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients
Overnight Oats
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1½ cups milk of choice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of Anea Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 peaches, chopped
Vanilla Protein Yogurt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 scoop of Anea Protein Powder
Directions
- Add rolled oats, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds, and kosher salt to a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined, then stir in the chopped peaches. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
- Meanwhile, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth, then cover and place in the fridge.
- Once the oats are set, distribute them among jars. Top with a few spoonfuls of vanilla protein yogurt and a few more chopped peaches. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
