Are Anea Nutrition Products Informed Choice certified?

Yes, Anea Nutrition has all of its powders (excluding colostrum) certified for banned substances by Informed Choice, a global quality assurance and third-party supplement testing program, designed to minimize the risks of dietary supplement products from being inadvertently contaminated with prohibited and potentially harmful substances. Products carrying the Informed Choice logo have been tested rigorously for more than 285 banned substances by LGC’s world leading anti-doping labs, using ISO 17025 accredited methods.

What is egg white protein and how is it different from whey or plant protein?

Egg white protein is a complete, highly bioavailable protein that’s naturally dairy-free and easy on digestion. It offers all essential amino acids without the bloating or heaviness of other powders.

Why is there a Prop 65 label on my package?

It doesn’t mean the product is unsafe. Every batch of Anea Nutrition Powders is tested to ensure the heavy metals fall below the FDAs threshold.

What is a PDCAAs score?

A PDCAAS score—short for Protein Digestibility-Corrected Amino Acid Score—is a scientific method used to evaluate the quality of a protein based on two main factors: Amino Acid Profile and Digestibility. A PDCAAs score of one means the highest quality (fully digestible and provides all essential amino acids).

What is the PDCAAS score of your proteins?

All Anea Nutrition proteins are tested to have a PDCAAS score of 1.0—the highest possible rating for protein quality and digestibility.

Are your products gluten-free, soy-free, or dairy-free?

Yes, most of our products are gluten-free and soy-free, and our egg white and plant-based proteins are 100% dairy-free.

Are your products safe for children or pregnant women?

While all of our products use food-grade, clean ingredients, we always recommend consulting a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy, nursing, or for minors.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact hello@aneanutrition.com or call (657) 577-8751 ext. 2454 with your order number and refund request.

Return Conditions: Products must be unopened and in original condition. Returns and exchanges will only be given once item(s) have been fully returned (with order number attached). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been posted. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the official posting of your refund. You may also want to reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing time before the refund is visible. Sale Items (if applicable): Unfortunately, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If applicable, your refund will be processed, minus shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We work hard to ensure that all items arrive undamaged, however it does happen. If any of your items are damaged on arrival, please reach out to customer support ASAP to set up a return or replacement as needed.
