Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ⅔ cup coconut sugar
- 2 scoops Anea Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Add cottage cheese to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the blended cottage cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir in the coconut sugar, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour and kosher salt, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat and enjoy!
