Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ⅔ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 scoops Anea Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended cottage cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir in the coconut sugar, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, almond flour and kosher salt, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to eat and enjoy!
