Protein Peanut Butter Cups
12 peanut butter cups

Ingredients
- ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 scoop Anea Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 (10 oz) bag of dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, for serving
Directions
- Add natural creamy peanut butter, Anea Vanilla Protein Powder, maple syrup, and kosher salt to a small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Use a tablespoon to divide the mixture into 12 pieces. Roll into balls, then flatten each ball into a round disc.
- Add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil. Heat in 30-second increments until melted, stirring after each interval.
- Line a muffin tin with liners. Fill each cup with about half a tablespoon of melted chocolate. Use the back of a spoon to gently push the chocolate about halfway up the walls of the liners.
- Place a peanut butter disc in the center of each cup, then top it with the remaining melted chocolate, about another half tablespoon.
- Transfer to the refrigerator to set for about 20 minutes. When ready to serve, top each peanut butter cup with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
